Ridgeline Mining complies with all applicable U.S. laws, regulations, and sanctions requirements. As a result, we are unable to offer Bitcoin mining services to users in certain countries or regions.
Why some countries are restricted
Restrictions are based on:
U.S. government sanctions and trade controls
Anti–money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations
Compliance requirements for digital asset services
These rules are outside of Ridgeline’s control and may change over time.
Who cannot use Ridgeline Mining
Ridgeline cannot provide services to:
Users located in sanctioned or embargoed countries
Users who are nationals or residents of restricted jurisdictions
Entities or individuals listed on applicable government or international watchlists
Access may also be restricted if required by law, regulation, or compliance partners.
How this affects users
Eligibility is evaluated during account creation and may be reviewed periodically (By creating an account, you confirm that you are not located in, nor a national or resident of, any country or jurisdiction restricted by U.S. sanctions or regulations. Ridgeline Mining reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close accounts as required by law.)
Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or locked
Active contracts may be paused or terminated if continued service is not legally permitted
Users will be notified if their account status is affected
Does this list change?
Yes. Restricted jurisdictions may change based on updates to U.S. sanctions programs, regulatory guidance, and/or compliance and risk assessments. For this reason, Ridgeline does not publish a fixed country list in advance.
